Reason for return/exchange
A shipping label will be sent to the email address provided in the form, which should be printed and attached to the return package.
The customer will receive a refund to the bank account specified in the form within 14 business days from the date of return of the Goods.
ATTENTION: Free returns apply only to orders shipped within Poland. For orders delivered to other countries, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
EXCHANGE:
Requests for an exchange must be submitted by email to zwroty@pareoandjuliet.com within 10 days of receiving the goods, and the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. Exceeding these deadlines will result in the exchange request being denied. After checking stock availability, we will send instructions for the exchange and reserve the requested model and size.
The exchange procedure applies only to goods that show no visible signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine the item.
Exchanges are free of charge.

Please note that, according to §5 section 7, which repeats Article 34 section 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from using them in a manner exceeding what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, we ask that you try on and handle the goods carefully, in a way that prevents damage, including soiling, tearing, or staining. If returned goods are damaged to an extent that reduces their value, we will be forced to charge you for the amount by which their value has decreased.
